As a proven creative leader, I’ve built diverse teams to deliver compelling products that inspire consumers and ignite brands. Whether designing and developing entire product lines or leading cross-functional teams, I maintain a relentless focus on the end consumer and foster collaboration across all disciplines.

 

With experience across categories like Running, Basketball, Cycling, and Lifestyle, I've led product creation in footwear, apparel, helmets, and accessories. My strength lies in analyzing the intersection of brands, technology, and consumer needs to identify exciting new opportunities.

Product Design

My design process is rooted in a deep understanding of the consumer, with a focus on delivering meaningful experiences through compelling forms. This ignites consumer excitement and drives brands. With so much competition in the marketplace, a design must captivate a consumer to capture them. 

Development / Manufacturing

Understanding how products are made has been critical to my success, and has allowed me to spearhead innovative products from concept to market.  I have a proven track record handling direct communication with external manufacturing partners, managing testing plans, and creating processes to ensure successful technology integration.

Strategy / Problem Solving

Strategic design thinking is at the core of my approach. I develop comprehensive strategies that identify market opportunity, technology, and brand DNA to ensure impactful solutions.

Creative Direction / Leadership

My creative direction is focused on guiding the visual aesthetics of projects to achieve cohesive and impactful design outcomes. I believe in establishing an aligned vision of the brand essence while respecting individual points of inspiration to push that essence forward.

Communication

Product doesn't happen without the people.  Clear and engaging  story-telling is how I lead team members, develop internal stakeholder support, and achieve senior leadership approval.
